What to expect

In this hour long video (online) consultation, I will aim to understand your medical history, lifestyle and wellbeing, covering topics such as your sleep, digestion, menstrual cycle and any allergies, pains and other ailments you may be experiencing. We will then explore potential treatment options through Naturopathy including possible nutritional and lifestyle modifications, supplements and herbs. The output of this discussion will be a proposed protocol and treatment plan that we will continue to review and update as we work together.

Please arrive on time for your appointment - late arrivals may not receive a full treatment, but will still be charged in full.

Acu & Co. reserves the right to refuse treatment for anyone appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Inappropriate behaviour will also not be tolerated.

Please note that Acu & Co. requires at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to 50% fee. I can sometimes fill the appointment from my waiting list, in which case I will let you know.
